"I am an MSW intern from Tulane University who strives to empower individuals on their path to wellness. The needs of my community are what sparked me to begin my journey to help others. I believe that healing is a collaborative effort to develop goals and skills but begins by utilizing strengths already present within a person. I work with adults, teens, and families who have histories of anxiety, depression, military-related trauma (service members and dependents), and LGBTQ-related issues. I recognize the importance of intersectionality and cultural diversity when providing care to individuals. In my spare time, I enjoy adventuring with my family, collecting plants, creating art, and advocating for social justice."
